Eligibility

Anyone living in a house or apartment that can provide valid proof of residency.

Must live in the 89030, 89031, 89032, 89081, 89101, 89106, 89104, 89110, 89115, 89142, 89156 zip code or have a church referral on official church letterhead.

Adults​

  • Lease agreement in your name with current rent receipt
    or

  • Major utility bill in your name

  • Picture ID for all adults

 

minors

  • Birth certificate for children under 18 years of age

  • Social security card for children under 18 years of age

First come, first served. Quantities limited.
Calvary Downtown Outreach reserves the right to refuse service for those that do not meet the eligibility requirements. Food assistance limited to once every 30 days.
