Confrontations/Conflicts
If a situation breaks out on the property remain in an attitude of prayer, notify one of the leadership and stay open to the leading of the Holy Spirit. God will take what was meant for evil and use it for good.

High Wind
During the hot summer months, sudden strong gusts of wind resembling mini tornados (twisters) called dust devils will swoop down on the property. These are short lived but can be very violent. If one comes along grab something and hold it down!

Bible Study
After the serving of the food is finished and our worship service has begun we move into an evangelistic Bible study. We ask all servants to join the congregation during the teaching of God's word. No cleaning or other distracting activities should be going on during the message. Out of respect for the teaching of God's Word do not engage in any conversations with individuals during the message. Instruct them to listen to the message and let them know that you will be glad to talk to them after the service. There will be no serving of food during the bible study. If there are late comers, please let them know that the serving line is closed until after the service.

Tear Down
Break down and storage of the equipment is the most labor intensive part of the outreach. We completely disassemble all the shade structures, stack 200+ chairs, wash and put away all containers and utensils, pack literature and dispose of trash within one hour. We need 10 or more people to stay and help with this process.

What To Bring With You To The Outreach
A Bible. A humble heart of service, compassion for the needy and an of attitude of forgiveness towards the shortcomings of others. A spirit of teamwork and helpfulness, and a willingness to pray with those who are in need. Also, a willingness to share your testimony and witness the good news of the Gospel of Jesus Christ with those that need to hear.

We know you will be blessed and we look forward to seeing you!
