·         From Sahara and Maryland Pkwy. go north (Toward Charleston) on    

        Maryland Pkwy. and turn left onto E. St. Louis Ave.

·         Go approximately 1/4 mile and turn left into the parking lot of Trinity

         Life Center (Immediately past Baker Park)

·         CONTINUE ALL THE WAY THROUGH THE PARKING LOT AND EXIT THE LOT

·         MAKE AN IMMEDIATE LEFT

·         CDO will be on the left side utilizing the dirt lot midway down the

        block.

·         On hot, cold, or bad weather days it is possible we will be inside the

        City Impact Center gym. Follow the same directions, the gym is at the

       corner of the block on the right.
